Cans Across The Conference

Students at Maranatha and other members of the Northern Athletics Conference are participating in Cans Across the Conference, a food drive administered by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committtee. Maranatha finished second among NAC schools last year.

Cans and cash are accepted for the project. Each dollar equals two cans of non-perishable food.

Boxes have been placed in each dorm to collect donations during the contest period (Nov. 4-18). The winning dorm society receives points in the overall society competition as well as free popcorn at an athletic event. The winner will be announced in the Nov. 20 chapel. Faculty and staff can adopt a society and contribute to the collection total. All donations go to the Watertown Food Pantry.
