Here comes the 40th

More than 300 alumni are expected on campus Thursday, Friday and Saturday to help celebrate Maranatha's 40th anniversary. The campus has become a very busy place.

We will be posting live reports on what is taking place during the anniversary weekend, so be sure to check back often.

One of the most intriguing events will be the Fall Festival concert. The theme is "To the Praise of His Glory," and the 2-hour program is based on the diary and devotional book of college founder Dr. B. Myron Cedarholm. The musical selections include songs performed during the college's first year.

Photos of members of the first student body and the first faculty and staff will be taken Friday morning. A special reception will take place Friday night, and group reunions will be Saturday morning.

A lot of people are working very hard here to make the campus look its best and to plan the various events. It should be a great time. We hope you can attend.
